The Site is owned and operated by Carey Development Group, located at 5 Bells Neck Road, Unit 11, West Harwich, MA 02671. It exists to share information about our development, historic-restoration, and real-estate work on Cape Cod and throughout New England.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and informational purposes. You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, or republish our content without permission

• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems

All content on the Site — including text, project descriptions, logos, and especially the photography of our properties and projects — is owned by or licensed to Carey Development Group and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not use it without our prior written permission.

Real Estate, Projects & Listings

Information about properties, projects, and developments on the Site — including completed work, projects in progress such as the West Harwich Baptist Church and West Harwich Square, and any pricing or status — is provided for general informational purposes only. It may change without notice and does not constitute an offer, a solicitation, or professional advice. Nothing on the Site creates a client, brokerage, or agency relationship. Real-estate brokerage services referenced on the Site are provided by Piper Connolly Carey through Sotheby’s International Realty – Cape Cod, subject to that brokerage’s terms.

Donations & the Church Restoration

The Site invites support for the restoration of the West Harwich Baptist Church. Donation inquiries currently reach us through our contact form or by phone or email; we do not process payments directly on the Site. Contributions are applied toward the restoration of the church as described on our Projects in Progress page, and we reserve reasonable discretion over how they are applied to that project. Please contact us directly for current information on how to give.

Our “Shop Our Style” page features materials, fixtures, and finishes used in our projects. Some links on that page are affiliate links: if you click one and make a purchase, Carey Development Group may earn a commission, at no additional cost to you. We only feature products we have used or genuinely recommend, and earning a commission does not change the price you pay.
